General conditions of waste acceptance

  • Rental period of one week, 7 days included. Beyond this period, an additional charge of 3 euros (excl. VAT) per extra day will be applied—payable before pickup.
  • If the container needs to be placed on public property, the client must request a parking permit from the local authorities at their own expense. After delivery, the client is solely responsible for ensuring proper signage in case of any civil or criminal violations.
  • If the container needs to be placed on private property, the client must be present at the time of delivery. They must also indicate the exact location where the container should be placed. GGR declines all responsibility for any damage related to the container's placement. The client must provide the necessary and adequate protections to prevent any damages.
    • Containers can be loaded up to a maximum of 10 tons.
    • The following charges per ton (excluding VAT) apply for overloads:
      • 200 euros for construction and demolition waste,
      • 100 euros for pure rubble or soil (and stones),
      • 65 euros for wood,
      • 60 euros for green waste.
    • Waste must not exceed the edge of the container. In case of excess weight and/or volume, additional charges will be applied to the client.
    • It is strictly forbidden to dispose of toxic, chemical, organic, medical, flammable waste, roofing materials, asbestos, full paint cans, tires, textiles, and food waste in the container.

In case of non-compliance, the client will be required to retrieve the non-compliant waste within 24 hours of receiving an email notification accompanied by a phone call. Additional charges will apply depending on the quantity of waste and administrative procedures. All waste is inspected and photographed at the sorting center. If any non-compliance is detected upon reception at the sorting center, penalties will be applied.

  • Any unsuccessful trip (e.g., no available space for container delivery or obstruction during placement/removal) will be charged 150 € (excl. VAT) and must be paid by bank transfer before rescheduling.
  • The waiting time for placement or removal is 15 minutes; beyond this, a fee of 50 euros (excl. VAT) per 30 minutes will be charged.

All reservations must be made exclusively by email and through the GGR website. Payment must be made via bank transfer using the online booking form before delivery. If payment is not received, GGR reserves the right not to proceed with the container placement.

  • In case of disputes, only Belgian law and the Courts of the Brussels district shall have jurisdiction.
